Dr. Kenneth Grier is a board-certified family medicine physician and a proud U.S. Army veteran. He believes that a balanced lifestyle, with a strong emphasis on preventative primary care, is key to lifelong wellness. Working in tandem with his patients, he strives to overcome barriers to better health. As his patient, you can expect open conversations about any medical concerns. Dr. Grier aims to foster a culture of positivity, finding small ways to enrich the lives of those he encounters.

         Dr. Grier spends his free time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys playing the saxophone and guitar and is actively involved with his local church. He has been practicing medicine in the High Desert since 2013, initially stationed at the National Training Center (NTC) in Fort Irwin, CA. Dr. Grier served as a Major (MAJ) in the U.S. Army until 2017 yet he continues to care for members of the armed forces as a Network Provider for Tricare. In 2020, he opened his private practice in Apple Valley at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

         Reflecting on the time he first opened his practice, Dr. Grier says, "As everything was shutting down, I decided to take a chance and open my practice in the midst of a pandemic. At the time, my staff and I had to navigate through unknown and sometimes scary situations, but through it all, our goal was always to provide the best health care that each patient deserves while keeping everyone safe. It was a challenging, yet very rewarding journey, and I'm very grateful for the patients who took a chance on me. I'm also grateful for my family who gave me their unwavering support."
